We will do our utmost to guide and prepare you beforehand, so you fully grasp the ins and outs of the situation if a damage scenario arises. This ensures that your claims processing is handled swiftly and efficiently.

Is there any danger of has a punishable act been committed? No danger? Is there a counterparty involved?
Cal the KNMR or the police. Attempt to prevent further damage and take pictures. Write down all information of the counterparty and possible eyewitnesses. If the counterparty is at fault, you may ask for a signed declaration of guilt to prevent any discussion after the event.

Please always call us first to explain what happened, we will give you the information and advice you are looking for – and give you an immediate plan for action. We will then proceed to send you an e-mail containing instructions and a damage form.
After you have filled out the damage form, please send the form, and any other documents of importance to us through either e-mail, post, or even via WhatsApp.
If necessary, an expert will visit you to assess the damage.
You can ask for a quote on the repair costs at a repairer of your choosing. We can help you by finding the right repairer. The expert will decide whether the repair costs are fair – and in some cases the expert will ask for a quote on your behalf.
The payment will take place after the repair costs have been approved.
If a counterparty is involved, we will take care of the recourse. This means we will recover your damages or reimburse the counterparty.
